One of the reasons I fell in love with the With Love collection by Frank Garcia for Prima Marketing is because of the teal vintage truck. 

There was a reason I made a teal truck die cut as the title card for this Valentine's advent calendar and the teal truck in this paper pad was it. 

I started die cutting out the base card using a Memorydex die. I also cut a 1" by 4" strip of teal cardstock and sewed it onto the card by going around the perimeter of the card. This would allow me to slip a tag between the card and the strip.

I then fussy cut out the teal truck and the sentiment above it using my Tim Holtz snips. I used two large foam squares to pop it up off the card, adhering the foam squares to the teal strip to ensure I didn't mess up my ability to slip a tag in.

Using small foam squares I attached the fussy cut sentiment. I then added flowers, crystals and chipboard stickers as embellishments. 

I chose a tag from one of the ephemera packs and added some lace ribbon and pink thread to it, I then found a heart locket charm in my stash and added it to the tag, attaching it to the ribbon.
