This Dress is Perfect: A Wedding Scrapbook Layout
Hello, friends! Spring is in the air and my heart feels light and airy. I guess that would explain the light and airy scrapbook page I just finished up!
I just love this paper from Webster's Pages' Sprinkled with Love collection. The bistro lights match my sister's wedding reception perfectly and what better way to showcase a light and airy bridal gown photo than with wedding elements you usually find floating above your head.
When my sister brought her dress in for her fitting and alterations, I asked the seamstresses to save the scraps of her dress so that I could add them to her wedding album. So I added a little strip of her dress scraps to the right side of the photo and topped it off with some lovely flowers and Prima Marketing lace trim.
Don't you just love that Maya Road sequin blossom! I literally hyperventilated in my local scrapbook store, Simple Pleasures, when I found them. They are just too perfect!
The opposing corner of the photo features a little cluster of flowers and a pretty vellum butterfly that i used my Silhouette Cameo to print and cut out. It's the perfect dimensional light and airy touch!
