Spooky Cute Halloween Mixed Media Tutorial with Reneabouquets
I'm all about layered Spooky Season projects! And I've got another pretty black and purple mixed media project for you, this time using Reneabouquets chipboard and butterflies!
This first project is a Halloween inspired one using the new Twilight Cat and of course, two different sets of butterflies! (I've got a full list of supplies linked below for you.)
I also do my signature floating frame technique, using two of the Lavender Lilac Heart chipboard frames and use lots of glitter glass on the Prima flowers!
But I'm not going to go into all the details here, because I have a full step-by-step tutorial for you on my YouTube channel! But here are a few things you'll learn and see in this video tutorial:
- How to glue paper to canvas with no bubbles or wrinkles
- How to add color to resin moulds easily
- How to achieve the floating frame look
- How to modify flowers to help hide foam adhesive
- How to add color to white chipboard pieces
- How to add color to metal embellishments
- A new adhesive for applying glitter glue and beads!
I hope that you enjoy this tutorial. Don't forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel and turn on notifications, so you get notified as soon as I upload a video. And until next time, happy crafting!
