About

Hello!
My name is Adrienne and I live in southern Colorado and I have been creating scrapbooks for over 20 years now. My love for everything creative started at a young age when I wrote and illustrated my first short story in Kindergarten. Writing is a true passion of mine--I just love words!

I also enjoy music and have been playing the flute for over 18 years. During high school I was a member of the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony and was able to tour with the group to Europe; including Austria where we performed in concert at the world's premier music school, the Mozartseum, as well as to New Zealand and Australia, where we performed in the Sydney Opera House

In high school I fell in love with journalism after taking my school's TV news class. I then attended Colorado State University and earned my degree in Technical Journalism with a concentration in TV News and Broadcast Journalism. While in college, I learned about photography and cinematography, how to use Photoshop as well as how to build websites. Since graduating, I have worked at several news stations and production companies and as a Post-Production Supervisor and Editor for a non-profit production company that creates documentaries. Currently, I do contract social media and marketing work.

Besides creating scrapbooks for others and myself, I also do contract social media and marketing work. I have continued my love of music performance and currently play in three local music groups: The Little London Winds (piccolo), The Pikes Peak Flute Choir (piccolo, concert flute and bass flute) and Skylark Flute Quartet (piccolo, concert flute and bass flute). I also recently composed my own piece, titled Shadow Suite, for flute choir. The premier performanc of my piece was on October 20, 2019.

My Scrapping Philosophy
Scrapbooking is fun, but I also take it seriously. My goal is to help you preserve your memories in a unique and creative way. I'm detail-oriented and not afraid to think outside the box--but I'm absolutely comfortable with the classic as well.
