Let’s continue our 25 days of Christmas with part 2 of my mini album advent calendar!

If you missed part 1, be sure to head over there first. I’ve got some info there about the entire project and pictures of the cover through page 14! If you’ve just come from there, let’s pop right into the next page!

Page 14 uses the background stamp from the Slimline Christmas Foliage set. I embossed it in the copper and then cut some Sprigs from matching kraft metallic cardstock. I added one of the pretty Nested Circle dies to the main page and to hold the number.

Page 15 has another one of those cute Nested Tree dies. I fussy cut another present to stick under the tree then added a bunch of gems to the tree as ornaments.

Page 16 has a bit of pretty trim that reminds me of snowflakes. I added another Nested Pocket and Tag as well as a little sprig of greenery from the Funky Festive die set. 

I added a layered snowflake and then a few gems. Just love all the sparkle on this one!

Page 17 keeps things icy in hues of grey and silver. I attached the pleated silver-grey trim by sewing it on. I cut the number from metallic silver kraft cardstock, then added the sticker and some gems.

Page 18 has a base of those cute little cars. I fussy cut a tree from one of the other papers and then wrapped a little twine around it. I popped it on top of one of the cars with some foam adhesive. I used the Sprigs die to add some gold accents and also one of the doily cuts from the Nested Fancy Circles.

Page 19 keeps it simple with a bit of lace and a hand cut banner cut from one of the plaid papers. I attached the banner with some small copper staples and then die cut the number and a Sprig from metallic kraft cardstock. 

Page 20 has another Nested Pocket and Tag. I added another Sprig for decoration and a fussy cut present to the tag. 

I looped a bit of that delicious velvet trim from Tim Holtz onto the tag for a soft, textured look.

Page 21 brings the layered snowflake game. I used metallic gold kraft cardstock and a plaid patterned paper. I added a few gems as well.

Page 22 layers on Sprigs and snowflakes. The number this time was cut from the same patterned paper as the base and matted onto a piece of grey cardstock. 

Page 23 has another snowflake! If you can’t tell, I love snowflakes. I added gems to the snowflake, keeping this page simple to show off the pretty green buffalo check paper.

Page 24 uses the mistletoe stamp from the Winter Florals & Greetings stamp set. I water colored this image with Distress Inks as well, then used the Rudolph Red Pops of Color to add dimension to the berries. I popped it up with foam adhesive and then added the Silent Night sticker and a few gems. 

And the final page of course had to be the Santa patterned paper! I sewed on a medallion of lace to offset the number circle that I cut from kraft cardstock and metallic kraft cardstock. I added several stickers to this page—3 on the background and one on the tag. 

Again, I used a little envelope die to hold the tag, trimming the tag down to fit inside and popping on a fussy cut holly. I also fussy cut one of the Santas and popped him up with foam adhesive as well. 

At the end, I added all my pages onto the binder ring and then tied a cream bow to the ring just for one finishing touch. Until next time, happy crafting!
