Update: The link to download below includes all of the colors that have been released through Uncharted Mariner (2022)!
I wanted to get these out sooner but with my grandmother going into hospice at the beginning of the year and her subsequent passing, it made it nearly impossible to update my Distress Ink labels to include Tim Holtz's amazing 12 new colors of 2015.
Okay, story time--I have a little "Scrap Rehab" confession. I know, I know...I'm not looking to be cured of the creative paper bug. But seriously. Let's be frank. We all have our scrapbooking obsessions...like paper hoarding [insert shifty eyes here] or embellishment hoarding...or the "I must have every Tim Holtz Distress Ink under the sun and I so fought off the lady next to me in the local scrapbooking supply store for January 2015's color of the month Cracked Pistachio and I'm proud of it!" Or the surreptitiously wiping the drool from your keyboard or touchscreen after viewing the latest Prima flower confections.
I've been absent from my blog for some time now. As many of my readers know, my Oma, (grandmother) was nearing the end of her life as she was 95-years-old. This past holiday season things started to go downhill very quickly. My mom and I noticed a steep decline after Thanksgiving. After my uncle from Texas visited for Christmas, there was an even steeper decline in both the mental capacity and health of my Oma.
I recently worked in conjunction with the ladies over at This Bittersweet Life to throw an epic Shadowhunters Premier Party! There was spaghetti, garlic bread, salad, Izze sodas, angelic rune cupcakes, mango sorbet and earl grey tea.
I have been counting down the days, no the minutes, the seconds until Shadowhunters premiers on ABC Family soon to be Freeform! The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare is one of my favorite book series. After the movie City of Bones didn't do well enough at the box office, we Shadowhunters fans were super disappointed to learn there wouldn't be a second movie. But we were overjoyed when we learned that a TV series adaption was in the works.
