Alice Scraps Wonderland

It's been just under one month since Scrapbook.com's Spring 2024 SBC Fest! In this post, I'm rounding up all of the projects I created based on my own class, and other instructors' classes.

Mixed media decorated mini album cover inspired by Adrienne Boese's SBC Fest class, featuring Prima Marketing flowers, ephemera, Sizzix paint.

Sizzix felt is perfect for creating fun wands! I created these two-sided Peeps wands--one side has a cute fluffy pom pom bunny tail, and the other side is decorated with a little daisy cabochon. Or you can turn these into a cute banner!

Handmade Peeps inspired wands, created with felt, pom poms, Poly-fil, ribbons, wooden dowels and flower cabochons.

You can create little postage stamps with the Eileen Hull Faux Postage die. What do you do with them besides a card? How about use them to decorate a little mini album of small tags!

Mini album made of small tags; decorated with the Eileen Hull Faux Postage die, banner and floral dies, white paint splatters, wax seals and Distress Inks.

These cards have a soft and ethereal touch, combining a few of the new products from Stacey Park's first Sizzix collection!

Handmade cards in shades of green, blue and blue-green; made using the Sizzix Stacey Park Cosmopolitan Frond Stencil, Cosmopolitan Inspire Stamp, and the Belinda Stitched Hexagons. Inking done with Tim Holtz Distress Inks, Distress Oxides and Distress Archival Ink. Decorated with Spellbinders Heartfelt collection stickers.

Acrylic paint is actually a very versatile medium. While it’s known for its full coverage and ability to cover even smooth surfaces like resin, you can get it to mimic watercolors too.

Mixed media canvas created with acrylic paint made to mimic watercolors, Sizzix Painted Bird and Woodland Cardfront Dies, and Prima Marketing flowers.
