You Color My World: A Rainbow Watercolor Baby Scrapbook Page

Sometimes you just need a rainbow of watercolors on your scrapbook page!

When you have limited colors in a photo, it makes it easier to add a bunch of different colors to your page. Photos like this, or black and white photos are perfect for creating rainbow-themed layouts. This layout utilizes a bunch of Tim Holtz Distress Ink colors along with a water brush pen.
